Had a good call with a representative for the Zuri-Invest AMC #uranium vehicle. Apparently they are witnessing strong investor interest and will likely raise substantially more than the $100m they aimed for until the end of the subscription period.

1/x The advantage of placing an order during the subscription period is that one saves the 1% bid-ask spread once the AMC trades in the market. The subscription period is on the 21st of April. The 1% bid-ask spread is a good mechanism to incentivise a LT holding period.
