Approx 5000 children r born with #thalessemia a blood disorder in Pakistan 🇵🇰 every yr. They require lifelong blood transfusions every 2 to 5 weeks 2 survive. Because of #lockdown blood donations stood disrupted depleting #bloodbanks reserves. Niece Durriyah signalled an SOS1/5 ...we happily agreed 2 donate. Today Pakistan Red Crescent ambulance arrived at our home. Sons Mansoor, Ali, Abbas & nephews Waqas & Nabi gave blood in the ambulance under expert medical supervision. Inquisitive neighbours got informed of this 'a phone call away' facility to 2/5
