After getting endless SMSes to upgrade my 3G SIM to 4G, I finally went to their Vijayanagar exchange (Bengaluru).
What followed is unbelievable. 🧵
Visit #1: Was told service starts only at 10 AM and I must bring my Aadhaar. Fine.
Visit #2: Reached at 10 AM sharp, staff was chatting, told to wait another 30-60 mins, as ‘servers' take time to login!
Insisted only on physical Aadhaar. Digilocker, scanned copy, even Aadhaar OTP auth? Flat no. 🙄
