It’s been a while since I’ve talked about the state of my health so I wanted to do a quick check in. (Disclaimer my thoughts might be scrambled. Still have brain fog). #LongCovid I’m in a better place than I was a years ago. I was in such a dark place I never thought I’d see the light again. I don’t know if aggressively treating my POTS with the help of my cardiologist was what made the difference or just time but I’m more functional now.

I listened to the RECOVER clinical trial webinar to see if there was anything new from the 1st meeting. I know everyone is occupied with the FDA meeting, so I tried to multitask. #LongCovid 🧵 First off, there were a lot more panelists this time around. They emphasized their commitment to figuring out how to prevent and treat long covid.
