In 2014 I joined @GreenPartyNI It was after a conversation/pint with a particular woman. She was working as a volunteer escort at the Marie Stopes Clinic and told me the horrific tales of harassment and intimidation of some of the most vulnerable people as they tried to access access support and services.
We became firm friends, she become my mentor, confidant and latterly my boss. In 2015 we ran the Greens most successful campaign in South Belfast and a year later despite the naysayers (including @AlexKane221b ) telling us we had no chance of a seat,
