Morgen will das Bundeskabinett das Wind-an-Land-Gesetz (WaLG) beschließen. Die Grundidee (feste, sanktionierbare Windflächenvorgaben für die Länder) finde ich sehr sinnvoll. Unklar scheint mir aber, ob das Mengen-Zeit-Gerüst wirklich zielkonform ist. 1/23 bmwk.de/Redaktion/DE/A… 2/23 Erstmals werden den Ländern klare Vorgaben gemacht, wie viele Windflächen sie ausweisen müssen. Das ist wichtig, damit die Flächenbereitstellung von Ländern & Gemeinden mit den Ausbauzielen des Bundes übereinstimmt. Fast alle Länder müssen deutlich mehr als bisher ausweisen.

2/8 I think you underrate the main argument IN FAVOR of liberalism: Individuals have different needs, desires, capabilities, contexts... And while individuals are imperfect in pursuing their self-interests (as you write), it's a hard test to show that anybody else can do better.

Vorneweg: Es ist mir völlig klar, dass die gegenwärtig beobachtbaren Konsummuster nicht nachhaltig und die Höhe und Verteilung des damit verbundenen Ressourcenverbrauchs gesellschaftlich ineffizient und ungerecht sind. Der Ressourcenverbrauch muss drastisch reduziert werden. 2/17
