1/4 What really strikes me about the police response to the tragic mass shooting, is that there was a colossal failure of duty to protect.

The real tragedy is that there appears to be NO remorse for that failure, which is beyond breathtaking and dare I say, it has an .. 2/4 ..undercurrent of racially driven decision making.
