What have @curtisatlaw and I learned from the @StateDept production of the Certified Administrative Record regarding the policies, procedures, and practices suspending adjudication of DV-2020 applications? #DV2020 Since as early as March 20, 2020, @StateDept had suspending most preprocessing of #dv2020 apps at the KCC. (20 STATE 30920 ¶ 6). KCC will resume only when a US Embassy or Consulate is authorized to resume routine services.
