Not only SCB a medical college and hospital but Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar is no less than hell. I had sought help for this 👇🏻lady three days back. She was sent to hospital in an ambulance with severe breathlessness, she was diagnosed with “gastric problems” !!! @HFWOdisha Despite carrying her past prescriptions citing severe chronic kidney ailments (operated twice) the doc didn’t bother to see any of those. Neither did he listen to an attendant who accompanied her. Being a tribal uneducated woman who was gasping for breath, she returned @HFWOdisha
