🚨New 🚨 @hrw report on a March 9 '22 Russian attack on an apartment building in Izium that killed at least 44 civilians—one of the deadliest single incidents for civilians since the full-scale invasion. 🧵1/ hrw.org/news/2023/03/2…2/ Generations of families in the basement were entombed by this horrific attack. @hrw found no evidence to justify treating this apartment building as a mil target or that Russian forces tried to minimize civilian casualties.
