#UNHRC46 resolution on #lka is weak compared to demands of victims & recommendations of @UNHumanRights & @Mbachelet.
Countries supporting #lka govt was lowest in history of #UNHRC - 11 of 47 (23.4%). 29 countries supported #lka govt in 2009, 15 in 2012, 13 in 2013 & 12 in 2014 Today, only 5 Asia Pacific, 3 Latin American, 2 African countries & Russia supported #lka govt. No western country supported #lka govt. Majority of African countries (9 of 13) & many Asia Pacific countries (5 of 13) abstained.
