It's the end of day 3 post-Election Day in Nevada. @TheNVIndy has projected winners for nearly every statewide race, except a tight race for Nevada's Senate seat.

Where do things stand in NV? What ballots were counted today?

Here's a goodnight roundup from the #WeMatter state: The big update: Republican Joe Lombardo has been projected to win the Nevada gubernatorial race, unseating Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak, while there is still no projected winner in the Senate race between Democratic Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto and Republican Adam Laxalt.

Great update on hand counting in Nye County from @jess_hillyeah. Even after all the drama, the court cases, the state orders to stop after two days — the count ultimately amounts to a sweeping audit of the results already tabulated in the same way as in other counties. Nye County Clerk described the process to the RJ as an “experiment” and “test for process,” per Jessica's story.

Finally! Some clear numbers from Clark County this morning. Nearly 16k to be tabulated today + 34k more in processing ("not all will be counted today"). Then there are 9.7k in signature cure process and more than 5.5k provision ballots that are being validated. So collectively, these numbers represent a little more than 65k ballots in Clark County that have not yet been tabulated and reported. Not all will end up being tabulated votes, as some signatures may not be cured / some provisionals may not be validated.

We are closing in on 50 hours post-close of polls in Nevada. There are thousands of mail ballots yet to be tabulated and reported. Today saw nearly 36k ballots reported in NV + a slew of winners projected.

Anyways, here’s another goodnight thread & daily roundup for you all. The nearly 36k mail ballots reported today, which came primarily from larger dumps in urban Clark and Washoe counties, saw top-of-ticket Democrats again cut down on Republican leads built previously through a big GOP Election Day turnout advantage.

Update on Washoe uncounted mail ballots: Through Nov. 9, the county has received 102.5k mail ballots, of which 60.8k have been tabulated and reported.

That is about 40k uncounted ballots, but not all will yield results. Of those, we should expect results from 20k in coming days. County officials tell me that 20k number includes the mail ballots with no issues that should be tabulated in standard process.

Additional ballots may need to go through one of several processes because of possible issues with the signature or spoiled ballots.

Good morning from the #WeMatter state, where I am surviving off of Dunkin coffee and support from my reporting sidekick Piper.

Here’s a quick rundown thread of where things stand in Nevada roughly 36 hours after the close of polls. Image With about 887k votes counted statewide so far, Republican candidates at the very top of the ticket are leading, but there are results from more than 110k mail ballots still to be reported.

For you Nevada monitors, here's a quick goodnight thread on NV after the first day post-Election Day. (Yes, even the numbers nerds must sleep.) Following mail ballot counts reported in the afternoon & evening today (20k in Washoe, 14k in Clark, 7k in Lyon, 3k in Nye, 1k in Douglas), Nevada Democrats made some gains in reducing Republican statewide leads built through a strong advantage in Election Day turnout.

Quick update thread for tonight for all you NV results watchers: The counties with uncounted ballots (primarily urban Clark and Washoe where most votes are from) will keep on processing mail and counting ballots through the coming days. Remember, in Nevada, any mail ballots postmarked by Election Day can be counted as long as they are received by Saturday, Nov. 12.

The new votes counted, about 14k, come from Monday drop offs at ballot boxes and Tuesday postal deliveries. I'll have updated numbers soon. Since the last Clark County results were reported, these 14k votes counted saw:
- CCM lead increased by about 6k
- Sisolak lead increased by about 4k

Gloria is set to deliver remarks this am, as media continues to pack the house here at the Clark County election department HQ.

We’ll have updates from the county (hopefully) soon. Clark County will be live-streaming Gloria’s remarks for those looking to tune in:

In about an hour and 20 minutes, Clark County Registrar Joe Gloria will be providing an update on the election process.

The major outstanding question right now for Clark — how many mail ballots were delivered or submitted in drop boxes on Election Day? With tight races, slim Republican leads at the top of the ticket and a pattern of Dems winning mail vote, that means the big unknown factor is what does the remaining mail turnout in Clark County look like.

Good morning from the #WeMatter state. Where do things stand in Nevada?

About 840,000 votes are counted, including ballots cast in person on Election Day, which heavily favor GOP. Rs are leading at the top of the ticket. But there are tens of thousands of uncounted mail ballots. Mail ballots we are likely waiting on:
- tens of thousands in Clark
- potentially more than 20k in Washoe (including more than 18k received on Election Day)
- a smattering of thousands across the rurals

Happy Election Day folks!

Follow the Indy team for coverage: twitter.com/i/lists/819336…

And check out the secretary of state’s website to find voting locations and other election resources: nvsos.gov/sos/elections/… At Silverado Ranch Plaza in Las Vegas, which is among the highest traffic polling locations in Clark County, there is a consistent line, but voters are moving through fairly quickly.

Clouds appear somewhat ominous, but no rain hitting the area yet.

Since former President Donald Trump announced last night that the FBI raided his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida, Republican candidates and elected officials, including several in Nevada, have flooded social media to condemn the FBI and DOJ. 👇 Republican #nvsen candidate @AdamLaxalt described the raid as an "example of the growing weaponization of our federal agencies by the Left."
