On waking (after 14 hrs fast) - Lactate=1.6 mmol/L
PulseOx 97% RHR 59
Visible App Score=4
Garmin 'Connect' sleep score=51
Subjective Feeling Like Death Index: 4/10 (0=Dead) #TheAcidTest - Day 1.1

One hour after 'breakfast' - Lactate= 2.8 mmol/L
(Never really do breakfast apart from pints of tea and some fruit)
