2.5 years ago I was diagnosed with bipolar. It was a hard diagnosis to accept. It took me a year to fully process it. But the silver lining is that it forced me to take mental health seriously. And I did. #thread I decided to calm down, to take it easy. I still worked and I still worked hard, but I refused to be stressed out about it. I eased up on my self-inflicted deadlines. If the work got done on time, great. And if not, that's ok too.

If you can afford a career coach, GET ONE! I don't know what I would do without mine. They're expensive, but they're worth it. Saved me months (years?) of confusion and frustration by helping me better understand myself and channel that understanding into my work. I've been working with mine for maybe a year or so. Happy to answer any questions about it, how it works, etc.
