Kevin Colbert. Mentor and friend. The thing I admire most about him is that you’d never know he was the top player personnel official for one of the most recognizable pro sports franchises. He never pulled the GM card. Like DMR, he was just one of us. #Steelers Kevin’s door was always open. For anyone and everyone, any conversation you wanted to have. It wasn’t just lip service. Grateful to say we had many talks. Kevin called me, ‘Pino,’ and he would always bellow it out, ‘PEEEEENO!’ What came after was always a pleasant surprise.

As I said last night, the drastic decline has been hard to watch. If you're stunned or in shock of what's happening, overall, then you haven't been paying attention.
