I am following the debates on hijab vs no hijab in colleges
My thoughts
1) Colleges should not enforce uniforms, not even intermediate colleges / preuniv colleges( only schools till 10th / 12th)
2) So guys can wear shawls 😀, girls can wear whatever. No dress code at all ! 2) Don't lock gates of colleges for latecomers. Let them take responsibility for attendance issues.
Attend / bunk whatever lectures suits them
3) Let them hang around canteens etc . You count attendance 75 % & mind your business as teachers.

@ShamikaRavi There is only one theory chapter ( 20 pages almost) in the entire MBBS course that covers basic statistics.
No practical applications for students to learn concepts.
Few projects are routine ( family survey etc) & approach of students is to get rid of the headache ! @ShamikaRavi Statistics taught & assessed/ evaluated in community medicine subject ( PSM) in final year ( part 1 MBBS) .
Epidemiology also covered in this subject.
Only students with a scientific temperament / sociological approach focus on this subject. Rest look at it is as a burden .

#AAYUSH practitioners write common entrance exam, then allotted a seat according to rank.
First preference is MBBS,
2nd Dental, Pharmacy, physiotherapy etc also are choices.
Most of their life is spent in wishing they could have made it !
Please have separate entrance exams Choose passionate candidates for Ayurveda etc, let there be good academics & research
Let them not compete to get a job as a duty doctor & prescribe allopathic medicines which is happening today .
What next ? Surgery too ?!

I observe on twitter so many handles are die hard Congress supporters but act like neutral handles !
Traits :1) Crave attention for follower count by sensationalism
2) Abuse in choicest language to bhakts & make followers GASP in AWE at their bravery !
3) Abuse AK without basis Contd..4) Justify their anti AAP sentiments as constructive criticism but dont present facts !
5) ATTACK VICIOUSLY & avoid when asked to debate by labelling us AAPIAN & them claiming to be NEUTRAL.
6) Interested only in labelling & putting people into narrow boxes !

Dear PEOPLE...decide if you want opposition including AAP to join your protests or not , make statements / visit injured etc or not once & for all !
When they do , people & media say' DONT POLITICISE ISSUE'.
When they dont , you say "Where are they hiding ?"
DECIDE THE FUTURE. ANARCHIST ...an easy label to give like the present... ANTINATIONAL/ TUKDE TUKDE GANG /URBAN NAXAL labels !

Every day in the morning & evening during the WALKING TIME ...citizens should come out into public places & parks with black headbands /armbands / badges/ posters saying #IndiaRejectsCAB . Formal protests are being discouraged by not giving permissions / very less time ! Innovate. Coordinate . Cooperate. Civil society & politicians ! Now or never !
No time to bicker & fight or point fingers . Ask political parties to send support without their political identity...they should support public with resources & connections...time for DUTY.
