BREAKING: PM Morrison announces people who are receiving welfare payments (like Youth Allowance and Single Parent Payments) and have lost more than 8 hours a week of work due to COVID lockdowns, will be eligible for $200 a week in emergency payments.
When @_angemccormack asked him specifically about Youth Allowance last week on @triplejHack, Mr Morrison said the "COVID payments aren't designed to replace someone's income".
