My job is identifying properties within 2 miles of downtown Boise that have infill development potential. I target parcels in high-density zoning districts where a decaying home can be torn down and 5+ units are built in its place.

Boise's R-2 (Medium Density) and R-3 (High Density) zoning districts are our residential districts that allow for higher density development in safe neighborhoods. We have a fair bit of it within reach of Downtown!
