The vast majority of this country has no idea how dangerous our foreseeable future is. The President has done everything in his power to sow doubt on the legitimacy of the upcoming elections; including going full fascist with today’s suggestion it should be ‘delayed’.

#2 - A ‘socially distant’ homeless encampment in Las Vegas 2. The American economy was, until the arrival of #COVID19 , supposedly the ‘strongest in history’. Full of jobs, opportunity, and promise.

But so much of it was a lie.

Despite what should be even half obvious to anyone paying remote attention, we have already, as a country, struggled greatly in getting people to take this disease seriously.

Collective sacrifice. A concept rarely asked of us as a society, but one being asked of us at this moment in time, as we face off against #COVIDー19 . Our initial response to this request (viewed through the admittedly skewed prism of social media) is underwhelming to the least.
