What their documentation says:
1. How they interprete the recently, silently updated REP.

2. That some of their crawlers may not obey any of the robots.txt rules you set or detailed in their documentation or the REP.

This is making me unreasonably angry.
It is not making any sense:
You have URLs via XML sitemaps, or in your DB, and you can easily ping them to see their status.
This can be really hurtful to small businesses who do not have the means to establish monitoring and caching.
