Is it then Rahu is most powerful of all planets?

One of the most consistent results for planets in 8th house I have seen is that they do give you lots of ups & downs.
It will be a roller coaster.
You can never plan or prepare for what 8H planets can throw at you.
Another theme is the more you rely on your thinking or intelligence the more 8H planets will humble you.
The only way forward is to merge yourself to divine.
