Many people will tell you that webinars are dead.

I have come to realize that what makes a webinar successful are 4 things.

What is your definition of a rich life?

Better still, how much do you need monthly to live that rich life?

This will be different for each person based on your location & current mindset.

In 2010, it was N600k for me.

Today... My ideal monthly income to live my current definition of a rich life is in 9 figures (Naira).

There is a hormone called dopamine which is also known as the feel good, reward chemical.

Your body produces dopamine once you have completed a task, achieved a goal or have a win.

Problem is... Your brain doesn't know if the win is imagined or real.

So, when you mentally masturbate (aka talking big about your plans and what you intend to achieve and getting people's hype responses), your brain sees it as a win for that goal and triggers dopamine.

Then...

After making plenty money, having financial education is important to multiply that money.

E.g. If most people are given N200m, the first thing they will do is build a big house to live in. That will cost at least N70m.

Then they get a big SUV to drive.

After that... They will start looking for what business to invest the rest of the money in.

For people like me with better money sense...

We will rent a house & buy a normal SUV. Both will cost about N20m.

Then we will use a money multiplier like real estate or...

They are mostly cold-blooded liars.

In most cases, the only way they make money is by collecting your money.
