Seeing the @raygunio engineering team inform our customer success team that they fixed a bug.
We use Raygun to monitor Raygun.
The customer hadn't complained, but we were alerted to the issue, have resolved it. Reaching out to apologize and acknowledge it's now fixed💪
This, in my opinion, is how high performance software teams work. They directly impact customer experience and are uniquely positioned to proactively improve it constantly.
Solutions like @raygunio make this type of experience simple to get setup and wow customers.

🗨️ I spoke with our team recently about competition. We're strongly of the view that time spent looking at competitors is time not spent on delivering value to customers.
It's easier said than done though. It's human nature to compete, to be the best, the survival of the fittest, etc. We're designed to compete. So it can feel strange to *not* think long and hard about competitors.
The question was asked: What's an example of doing this? 🤔

Many folks still think a synthetic test is a Good Thing. That is, pinging a website from a fixed set of servers. It's better than naught, but it's a pretty poor proxy for real customer experience.
You're measuring data center to data center performance (even if nerfing perf)
