I looked into the authors. They're an "anti factory farming" organization. One of their major funders is Tyson Foods. Figure that one out.

Most of the apocalyptic predictions about the vaccine side effects all rely on the presumption that everything will happen simultaneously. A whole city just starts having heart attacks one morning. 20 million people develop symptomatic CJD within a single week.
I don't think so.
I think it's safe to say that this is just going to continue slowly accelerating over time. "Excess deaths" continue rising. Hospitals eventually decide they need a CJD ward. Strokes gradually increase in frequency.
I don't think we will ever see a clearly defined tipping point.

The most dangerous part of the vinyl chloride leak is the river & groundwater contamination. It is slightly soluble in water, 26ml/L@34F, and it boils at 8F.
It will slowly boil up from groundwater, through the soil, and into the air, for the next year.
RIP a lot of farmland.
Correct me if my numbers are off, but I think that's about right. It's also toxic to plant life, and it was leaking for over a week before it was set on fire; heavy rains are bringing it all back down over a much wider area now.
