Been thinking about a concept lately, I'm calling it "High Throughput Management" a play on Andy Grove's book -- an Eng Leader who is able to multitask, address many concerns in different areas, and maintain high response rate on Slack, is highly valued to an org. 1/5 #startup
I pride myself on being responsive and think it engenders a sense of trust and reliability. Who are you more liable to trust? The person who responds immediately all of the time? Or the person who gets back to you hours or days later? Even if I can't respond in full I ack... 2/5

At Knotel we have a microservice architecture but wanted a single GraphQL endpoint any of our client apps could hit to access our entire data graph. We didn’t want a client app to have to talk to 5 different GraphQL endpoints to get its data.
