DAY 6
Yesterday was busy. Drive to appt, Physio, food shop, heated exchange with himself over 💶 =ANS flare. Dizziness, nausea, weakness. Felt like someone clubbed the bk of my head... Today post ANS woke up nauseous, full body pain and head pressure/ache. Body sore & stiff.

On waking (fasted)
SPo2 99%
HR:87bpm
GLU : 7.6mmol/L (⬆️ 5.5 yesterday)
LAC : 3.5mmol/L (⬆️ 2.6 yesterday)

1hr post Earl grey, honey spelt x 2 + butter, kefir 150g.
