This is a learning moment for the #Biden can do no wrong echo chamber. I despise MAGA and Trump but that speech was a crude Dark Brandon flimflam. The lemmings think Trump is soon headed for the hoosegow but it will never happen and Biden would actively prevent it if the issue gets close. They missed the fact that 48 hours before the speech the DOJ mumbled to the press that no decisions on Trump till after the election due to the "60 day" rule. So they run to the polls in November with the demise of Trump and all things MAGA in their fever dreams.
