9 नवंबर 2019 को सुप्रीम कोर्ट के ऐतिहासिक फैसले ने अयोध्या में रामजन्मभूमि को ही राम का जन्म का स्थान माना. कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद मोदी सरकार ने राम मंदिर ट्रस्ट का गठन कर दिया. तीर्थ क्षेत्र के गठन के साथ ही अब अयोध्या में भव्य राम मंदिर के निर्माण का काम शुरू हो चुका है. (2)

नागरिकता संशोधन कानून के तहत पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफगानिस्तान के अल्पसंख्यकों को भारत में नागरिकता का अधिकार मिल गया. यानी इन देशों के हिंदू, सिख, जैन, पारसी और ईसाई जो सालों से शरणार्थी की जिंदगी जीने को मजबूर थे. उन्हें भारत की नागरिकता प्राप्त करने का अधिकार मिल गया. (2)
जम्मू कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 हटाया
जम्मू कश्मीर 70 साल तक आर्टिकल 370 की जंजीरों में जकड़ा रहा. पिछले साल 5 अगस्त को मोदी सरकार ने कश्मीर को अनुच्छेद 370 से मुक्ति दे दी. इसी के साथ जम्मू-कश्मीर में देश के वो सभी कानून लागू हो गए, जिन्हें 70 साल तक लागू नहीं किया जा सका था.(1)
