In launching #BluePremier we confronted many challenges, both predicted and unforeseen. There were a lot of variables that opened up in a commercial ACO discussion, which is exciting, but complicated.
Our providers have diverse preferences and priorities, and we think we struck the right balance of having a standardized, efficient model with customized opportunities for each system partner.
The contract is the start, but success and sustainability require trust that we will make efforts to accomplish mutual goals. We are making new promises and entering into a broader relationship with each provider, and we have to earn trust through delivering on our end.
