So how did we do? Meh. 🙇🏽‍♀️🥺😐Test of change #pdsa 1 was chock full of humble learning. All 6 participants had trouble connecting - varied valid reasons. next pdsa is to tweak process further. Highlight- stellar staff working within constraints @BRONAGHONEILL3 @WesternHSCTrust

Results of 2nd #PDSA #VirtualClinics - 1)7out of 7 #gesD women connected successfully. ~7 mins per tele-consult & 7 min prep time
2)total 🚘🚙 miles saved=272.6 miles
3) refined tele-consult techniques
Best if all- the ladies liked the option of 🎦clinic successful #prototypes

Just under a year ago #GDMBigRoom @WesternHSCTrust using FLOW @FCA_NI @FCA_coaching tested prototype #VirtualClinics
Since then 33%⬇️ in face-to-face visits. Reduction in waiting time at clinic from 66 mins to 22.9mins
