A Medenine ci sono 2 centri di transito, entrambi gestiti dalla Mezzaluna Rossa tunisina: la prima, Al-Hamdi, e la seconda la seconda, Ibn Khladoun, gestita in partnership con l’Alto Commissariato delle Nazioni Unite per i Rifugiati.

After the visit the Tunisian minister of human rights and relation with civil society, Mohamed Fadhel Mahfoudh has announced the imminent closure of Al-Hamdi center in Medenine. The center is hosting twice the capacity.
