1. On October 15, 2019, I took part in a panel discussion turned debate at NALSAR on the topic "Do we need a Nationwide NRC?" wherein I touched upon the NRC as well as the #CitizenshipAmendmentBill.

3. Shri Aman Wadud opened the discussion with his views that there was no need for a Nationwide NRC since illegal immigration is a myth. I took d position that I support a nationwide NRC in principle after the flaws in the process have been removed and that the #CAB is justified.
4. Prof. Faizan Mustafa argued that the NRC is a distraction and an exercise in futility since claims of illegal immigration are exaggerated according to him.
5. Unfortunately, the audio quality is not upto the mark. Be that as it may, since the topic's relevance is manifest, those interested in it could perhaps take time out to watch it and draw their on conclusions.
