Justice KM Joseph addresses SG Tushar Mehta. The judge says the real problem is lack of professionalisation of police & lack of their independence. If the police acts completely in accordance with the law, many of these problems won't take place, Joseph J adds.

SG Mehta objects to the judge's remarks pointing that one policeman has also died by a private bullet & that a DCP was lynched. This may not a time to put blame of the force, he tells the judges.
