Bars and Restaurants opened up in Ohio today and this is what a bar in Columbus looks like currently. No social distancing, no masks, & not a single care in the world. I’m pretty sure I’m witnessing the second wave of COVID19 brew right now. #ohio #COVID19 #SocialDistancing
@GovMikeDeWine , these new cases will be because of your negligence in reopening Ohio. I’m not going back to a bar or restaurant just to be your test dummy. I’ll continue to cook, order takeout and drink at home.
I’m just speechless. It’ll be interesting to see how many of these folks are sick in 2 weeks.
Here’s a video of the bar that reopened today. No care in the world and these are the same people who will be shopping in the stores that everyone shops at. No ones safe at this point.
Standard, a bar in Columbus, OH not enforcing social distancing.
It has hit Local media. I guess there was multiple calls to police as well. 10tv.com/article/report…
Standard Hall, the same bar pictured with with folks not social distancing posted these “Safety and Sanitation Measures” .... that policy didn’t last even one hour after doors opened.
They also posted “you can help us stop the spread of Covid-19” ... hmm.
Supposedly the franklin county health department was called... it doesn’t look like they did much to stop people from still gathering hours later.
Standard hall released an announcement stating that they’ll be open tomorrow at 11am. They also included a picture of folks not abiding by the guidelines they originally had posted.
These photos are from the Columbus Dispatch which show the bar still packed without social distancing policies being followed.
Standard Hall received more complaints last night due to not social distancing. Columbus Public Health and Columbus Police has sent recommendations to the City Attorneys office.
