Thread on worrying signs from regime-held areas in #Syria regarding #COVID19, last case reported today was in #Sweida for a family member of another case who was released recently from isolation facility after he came back from UAE despite MoH said his 2 swaps were negative

The man who was discharged developed symptoms 2 days after and alarmed the local authority who took him to the isolation facility. In al-Thyabie in Damascus countryside another man developed symptoms after being discharged, MoH quarantined his building & others

Last week @ZamanAlwslEn reported Bashir al-Shaqi a man from al-Nabek who came recently from Kuwait died shortly after he was discharged from isolation facility after he used his connection to regime official. Sources in the city confirmed his death & said family are quarantined

Last month regime opened the door for citizens outside #Syria to come back but to spend 14 days in isolation facilities before being discharged, all previous cases were in the facilities & majority came from UAE and Kuwait

After evacuating around 700 people the regime announced stopping evacuation because the isolation facilities are full, these facilities are mainly dormitories and the regime needs it to resume the universities this week thus discharging people quickly #Syria

This comes after the regime eased all restrictions of movement, markets closing, daily curfew, opening restaurants and resuming universities in the past 2 weeks #Syria
