#Detroit City officials cleaned up the #VoterRolls after the @PILFoundation, a government watchdog, filed suit against them in December. Nearly 2,500 deceased individuals and 4,800 #DuplicateRegistrations were removed from the voter rolls. @JoeSchoffstall bit.ly/2BxuJ4a

@PILFoundation has identified a number of similar situations across the country. [They] filed a lawsuit against the city of #Pittsburgh, [settled] in May and agreed to turn over records, including information on dead voting registrants. @JoeSchoffstall bit.ly/2BxuJ4a
