Initial unconfirmed reports of an IED attack against a #US Forces convoy in #Mukeshefah, between #Tikrit and #Samarra, #Iraq.
Multiple #PMU affilated channels “confirming” the attack but they aren’t sharing any other details other than the usual groups reportedly taking responsibility for it.
Note - the attack last week took around 30 minutes for images to filter through.

Another thing to mention, if this is confirmed the drivers will be local #Iraq|i’s again and the damage will be the vehicles etc.

Ashab Al- Kahf militant group posted this image on their Telegram channel with the message;
"Your convoys burnt to ashes, leave before it gets late as we are seeking revenge"
Coalition officials confirm the attack in #Mukeshefah near Tikrit, #Iraq. “The attack caused minor damage. A tire destroyed. The convoy moved on.”
