Definitely a bit more optimistic today -at least from Dems side. We haven’t heard from White House, but yesterday Chief of Staff Meadows said he’s “Not optimistic” about a solution soon. Today Pelosi didn’t criticize the other side. She said “the virus is the villain.” #NexstarDC
