đź“Ł THREAD: @JoeBiden raised a jaw-dropping $365 million in August alone, which is FANTASTIC. However, it also underscores how important it is to also donate to DOWNBALLOT Democrats nationwide...and not just the U.S. Senate, though of course that's critical as well. 1/

So YES, we ABSOLUTELY need to #FlipTheSenate, and I'm proud to report that I'm closing in on raising $1,000,000 towards that end (I'd consider chipping in for some of the candidates which aren't already flooded in money as well as the top names)... 2/

...but we ALSO have to do everything we can to FLIP STATE LEG. SEATS. Not only do they control redistricting in most states, but state legislatures also often control voting/election policy and MEDICAID EXPANSION in states like Florida, Georgia and Texas!
