I have been duped by @SamsungIndia official customer care centre. I write so anyone reading this is vary of buying goods fm @Samsung
7th sep- my husband complained on thr official helpline tht he got frm a booklet (not online) tht came wt my 2 year old faulty fridge #fraudSamsung
7th sep- v get the confirmation on msg (attached) & an online tracker fr the complaint. Same night we notice the tracker states that our fridge has been repaired wt all QC done by technician Mr.Simon. This was obviously wrong, so questioned @SamsungIndia call centre again. #chor
8th sep-v call the call centre. It assures us someone will visit within 2 days.
9thsep- 'Technician' Amit calls stating tht he is frm @SamsungIndia. The man knows my fridge isn't cooling enough, knows where i stay, has my complaint no.V hv no reason to Q his authenticity #duped
9thsep- Amit arrives wt complaint no. tells us microchip needs repair. Gives a bill of 8850 rupees & returns the next day wt 'repaired' part. replaces another sensor (cost 2200) making a total of 11k as bill. v paid & got bill.

10th sep- When the cooling of the fridge is still not happening, we call 'Amit' again, he directs us to call centre again.V do the same, we are assured another technician will visit soon to alleviate our angst of paying up wt no result @SamsungIndia

15th sep- Unaware v hv bn duped bcoz v went thru offcl channel of @SamsungIndia call centre. Pm, Mr.Simon arrives 2 tell us the real prob. orders fr the part, claims he was never assigned our job. He also announces tht Amit/ SS electricals is not the official partner wt @samsung
15thsep- So thn how ws our official tracker on @samsung site getting updated?ref no. & complaint no.s? I write 2 CEO on @SamsungIndia site, attaching proof that ths an INSIDE JOB endangering our safety & lives wt a corrupt insider giving our details to fraudsters. #samsungfraud
16th sep- I recd. a call fm Ms.Suman fm CEO @saumsungindia desk.She absolved @samsung
saying bill is not fm them, tht's y thy've nuthin 2do wt it. Whn I didnt buy tht, she confirmed details of my complaint on the official site,somewhat agreeing tht an INSIDER's shared my detail
Distressed, I put the account of our discussion to the CEO
@SamsungIndia . Bottomline, my money is gone, Simon is missing, my fridge isn't fixed, no1 fm @Samsung
is resolving nothing, #fraud or #fridge.I'm constantly making complaints 2b attended to but to no avail. Wht to do?
Listen @SamsungIndia even if u don’t want to accept the #fraud at least work on my complaint on the #fridge for REAL??? Your service is so bad that no one others take advantage of the stressed customers waiting in line for ur real engineers to show up!! #badservice @CEOofSamsung
I am still awaiting a resolution, a call, something????? Guess no one cares anyway @SamsungIndia @CEOofSamsung could you please look into this???
