Patient returned for diagnostic #contrastmammo which confirmed focal asymmetry (blue arrows) & showed non-mass enhancement (NME) on recombined images (yellow arrows). US showed correlate. USG core done and post-MG confirmed target (yellow arrows).

Calling all breast docs, what is your differential diagnosis? BI-RADS? Next steps??

@LizaMQuintana From the Rad perspective -- PASH explained the imaging finding for Case #2. Because PASH is benign, we returned the patient to screening.
