A Gas Station has reportedly exploded in Ain Qana, Southern #Lebanon.
Video captured moments after the reported explosion in Ain Qana.
Initial imagery circulating social media showing the scene of the explosion zone.
The reports talk of a "Gas Station" - but seriously, that doesn't look like a gas explosion to me?
That looks more like some ordinance went "boom" to me...?

coords: 33.476126, 35.507698
If the coords are correct (I am pretty sure they are?) I don't see a Gas Station there....
Explosion appears to be connected to #Hezbollah according to reports. #Hezbollah have imposed a security cordon around the area.
(would explain the ordinance explosion-esque looking cloud)

Looks like this site was known... August 7th 2020.
Unconfirmed but reported video from the scene of the explosion in Ain Qana, #Lebanon.
Exact location - 33.476138°, 35.507550°
Additional footage is beginning to appear online.
Couple of sub-ground level areas can be noted in the explosion. Angle is too hard to tell what these could be, but they are noticeable.
It is interesting to see zero mention of the explosion in any reports from @AlMayadeenNews or Al-Manar.
Correction: Al-Manar did mention it an hour ago. I missed this, apologies.
#Hezbollah are due to release a statement shortly.
Waiting for Hezbollah’s statement like.....
I’m still waiting for decent satellite imagery of this, sadly clouds have bugged my happiness for several days. But I think, hopefully today, later on I might get something to look at.
