Psychographics feel like horoscopes. Yes. That’s how it works. Don’t fall for the red herring. Making false statements to Congress is a felony. Deceptive practices are a violation of the FTC Act. Is it even legal or did the perpetrators lie? The cover up is worse than the crime.
