Here's what you CAN do to #vote early in PA.
Go to one of the satellite centers--there are 17 in #Philly. The big one is at the @LiacourasCenter at @TempleUniv campus. Ask for a ballot. They will run your registration and print one out. YOU MUST FILL IT OUT THEN AND THERE.

Then you turn over that ballot and it will be opened on #ElectionDay.
The other satellite centers are at public schools. Check Google for a site near you. These sites opened Monday and the system has had some bugs, so be prepared to wait. YOU MUST HAVE PA PHOTO ID.

The only office that was open Monday was @LiacourasCenter at @TempleUniv. You might want to wait until next week for the bugs to shake out if you are worried about being around a lot of people indoors.

UPDATE: More problems with early voting mail-in ballots at satellite sites in #Philly: @6abc reports that instead of 18 sites, there are only 7 because that was all they could get staff for. So to review: check your area. But this is just mail-in ballots, NOT machine voting.
