So again after my handing over, etc. I re-started my chase with @flyspicejet as you can see from the screenshot and managed to get a response from one Ms. Nishtha Gulati

This was done and early March 2021 there was a response from @flyspicejet and informing me that @makemytrip would do the @MakeRefund11
@CERC_India can please educate consumers if these response times are normal?
