The mother of civil activist Timur IRZHANULY reports that her son was brutally tortured after peaceful protests:
"The officers were doing everything they could think of: they hit on the lower back, his kidneys and back.

They put a white paper on my son's back, which meant he had to be beaten especially severely. They were hitting his legs, thighs, and below".
At the moment Timur is still in the pre-trial detention facility.
