Knowingly supporting her is Chris Daley, Logitalent VP & Talent Acquisition Manager.
For those not familiar, we wanted to establish Isabella Rodriguez’s role as a key influencer in the QAnon conspiracy world.
Her #RedPillBabe account has been reported on by Media Matters & identified as an admin of “We The Media,” the main + largest QAnon account on Telegram.
Isabella has also been a local leader promoting QAnon not just online but IRL, radicalizing followers into dangerous & rabid conspiracy content such as her 2020 “Save the Children” rally where she promoted pizzagate.

Isabella’s has also played a leadership role in Miami’s far-right as a board member with APC Foundation, which led a campaign against masks in schools and included Miami’s Proud Boys like former leader Enrique Tarrio, currently indicted for conspiracy re: Jan 6th. #Fedrique
Isabella’s QAnon + stolen election conspiracy politics led her to attend the Jan 6th attempted insurrection — which she admitted to in a Truth Social posting this week.
She attended w fellow QAnon figure Natly Denise #TexasAnon who was identified on U.S. Capitol grounds.
As is common in the QAnon world, Isabella Oneida Rodriguez #RedPillBabe portrays Russian President Putin as fighting the globalist “cabal” and promotes anti-Semitic Rothschild conspiracy tropes & white nationalist slogans “It’s okay to be white” + hashtag “WhiteLivesMatter.”
How did we draw the connection between #RedPillBabe and her boss Chris Daley at freight forwarding and logistics recruiting agency Logitalent, Inc?
Both work worked together at Randstad recruiting agency and a previous LinkedIn profile of Bella lists Logitalent, Inc.
We confirmed this when Isabella posted an Instagram story bringing her dog to work.
Chris Daley posted a story that day. Same dogs, same office.
Chris (Twitter @cdaley329) is also aware of Isabella’s QAnon politics and followers her from his personal IG account.
The best evidence of Isabella’s connection to QAnon politics of course is her own words in Instagram livestream interviews with QAnon Seth Caro of Venice Beach, CA.
She smirks saying she doesn’t post QAnon content and then refers to reading “the drops” by Q. 🙄
