Worth noting that this is likely an ISKP attack and it comes after over a week of sustained ISKP propaganda targeting India, Hindus along with the Taliban regime. Just few days ago ISKP's al-Azaim Foundation had released a 55-page booklet targeting India/Hindus & Taliban.
