We cannot confidently confirm that the video is indeed a HIMARS MLRS (apparently shot from an Orlan UAV, whose camera is not clear enough).

Assuming that the video was shot around 10 am, compare the ratio of light and shadows and you can barely make out something that looks like a HIMARS with its warhead upside down. The large 1.5-meter gap behind the cockpit is also a distinctive feature of the HIMARS MLRS.
