There were 10 boxes of nuclear secrets laying around at MAL for 18 months tucked into Melania's cloths that it took 30 agents 9 hours to collect.

5:00 PM: FBI Wray Echos the Same Points.
8:00 PM: Those Upstanding Above Board Feds Leak an Incomplete/Misleading Claim About Nuclear Secrets to a State-Aligned Press Office.
In a matter of 8 hours we went from "this isn't a raid and Garland didn't even know about it,"
to
"Of course GARLAND approved a RAID: We needed to save NUCLEAR DOCS from Trump!"
Soon they will say Biden was briefed due to the risk, but he deferred to DOJ "career officials."
Folks. Rest assured that Top Secret messages on a Sec of State's illegal email server didn't have active nuclear documents on it. This is why there was no 30-agent raid to check for more records despite this SoS having subverted a subpoena.

Update: Per the WSJ the #BidenRaidOnTrump took 11 sets of documents of various levels of classification; most of them non-Top Secret and even TS does not = Nuclear.
They left with 20 boxes mostly non classified martial + attorney/client "protected" martial per latest reporting.
Had they taken only the 11 sets of classified documents, maybe they could have pretended that the #BidenRaidOnTrump was for National Security reasons, but they mostly took non-classified stuff. If it were for Nat Sec, they could have gotten it in June when they took boxes.
Per the WSJ, 3 sets of Top Secret docs were found in the #BidenRaidOnTrump.
Per @Comey, 8 email chains in #ButHerEmails had TS material. -- Found despite the corruptly-deleted emails to criminally avoid a House subpoena.
I don't recall the raids because #NoOneIsAboveTheLaw.
Politico March 2012: "Acting Thursday on the suit from Judicial Watch, U.S. District Court Judge Amy Jackson said there was no obvious legal mechanism that the Archives could use to force Clinton to turn over the recordings."
How about an FBI raid?

White House Letters to Trump Attorneys from May show that the Oval Office was directly involved in blocking Trump from claiming Executive Privilege on his documents. This opened the door for the DOJ to go collect the documents from Trump.

Said @AlanDersh: "The current president should not be able to waive the executive privilege of a predecessor, w/o the consent of the former president. Otherwise it [privilege] means nothing.β
Without this Biden WH move there is no raid regardless of classified documents!
Basically...
1) Outgoing POTUS gets docs through executive privilege powers.
2) New admin retroactively claims those docs belong to the government.
3) DOJ has now a "serious case" of gov docs in hands of a civilian!
Putin's move on NAVALNY is more legit than Biden's on Trump!
